I would like to convey the very positive experience we have had with Larry Hogan and St. Joe Home Solutions.  My wife and I were struggling to make our mortgage payments and we had our house on the market for over a year with two different real estate agencies.  Without receiving even 1 offer, we had pretty much given up on selling the house and took it off the market.  Then we were contacted by Larry and, though skeptical, called and set up a meeting.  From that first meeting in our house, our concerns were relieved and our hopes were raised that we may actually be able to get from under this house.  Initially, and throughout the entire process, we had many questions for Larry and he was always very responsive and easy to work with.  We are very excited to be selling this house and moving into a lower cost rental house so we can get back on our feet financially.  If you need to sell your house for any reason and under any circumstances, we would highly recommend giving St. Joe Home Solutions a try.

I had my house on the market for several months with no luck.  I didn’t know what to do because it was getting difficult making the monthly mortgage payment.  During this time I received a postcard from Larry Hogan with St. Joe Home Solutions.  I was reluctant to call at first, but finally decided to give it a try.  He came out to see the house and within about 2 weeks I had my house sold.  Larry took care of the paperwork, scheduling of the closing attorney, and he even paid the closing costs.   I could have avoided a lot of stress had I called him sooner.

Larry responded quickly and professionally. I met him at the house on a Saturday morning and by the end of the next week we had made an agreement! We were so relieved. Working with Larry and his team at St. Joe Home Solutions has been really easy. My husband travels and they were very accommodating with all the paper signing and him being in and out of town. As I stated we had been trying to sell our home for two years. St. Joe was by far the easiest company that we worked with. We drove by the old place the other day and it looks great.
